All motorcycles are covered by third-party liability and fully comprehensive (with a deductible of € 5000 in case of an accident) insurance, but there is no pillion insurance. When taking over your rental bike, you are required to place a deposit of € 5000 via credit card (Visa, MasterCard or AmEx). Your card will not be charged at the time, only if the bike is returned with damages. If you need to make an insurance claim, our office will provide the appropriate claim forms. You are personally responsible for returning the motorcycle to our operating station in Tel Aviv.
In the event of a mechanically defective bike, we will be responsible for transporting the bike and providing a replacement within 24 hours. (This does not apply to the last day of a trip. In all other cases, transfer costs are not covered by Holy Land Riders.
