General information
Holy Land Riders recommends arriving in Tel Aviv one day prior to the start date of the tour. Hotel bookings can be made through our website.
Motorcycle are provided with a full tank. After the trip, please return the bike fully fuelled.
• Each rider bears sole responsibility for obeying Israeli traffic laws.
• Please follow the instructions of your road captain.
• You will need the following items for Check-in:
• A valid driving license
• A valid passport
• Credit card (Visa/ MasterCard/AmEx) for the deposit payment in case of motorcycle rental
Motorcycle License
Bikers participating on the tours are required to have a valid motorcycle license (EU model), Class A, American motorcycle endorsement or an international permit of motorcycle, along with a signed liability waver. No license suspension may currently be in effect. All tour participants will be required to present a valid driving license to the tour captain at the beginning of the tour.
Holy Land Riders expects all riders to be experienced at handling the bikes. Your tour guide will lead you at a safe, comfortable pace. From our own experience, riders of all skill levels can easily keep up with us.
Holy Land Rider Disclaimer
Before embarking on any of our tours, all participants are required to sign a Holy Land Rider Disclaimer. A copy can be found in your travel information booklet, which you will receive together with your tour documents. Please detach, complete it and hand it in at the meeting point.

Mode of payment
A downpayment of 500 € per person is due no later than the date of receipt of the booking confirmation. The balance must be paid at least 8 weeks before the start date of the tour.
Your money is underwritten by the insurance policy in accordance with the latest travel regulations. Payments from abroad should be transferred to us. Transfer fees are solely the financial responsibility of the customer.

Tour Meeting Point
Two weeks prior to the start date of the tour, you will receive your final travel documents, including a hotel list and other important information.
Health
You should be in good physical condition before you begin your tour. If you encounter health problems during the tour or feel that you are no longer able to continue, please inform your road captain immediately. A decision will be made together with your road captain, regarding the best course of action.
Bad Weather
Blue skies and warm sunshine are the ideal weather conditions for touring. Israel’s climate offers these conditions nearly year-round, with the exception of several days during the months of November through February. Tours will proceed during all weather conditions that are safe for riding.
Confidentiality
Your information is safe with us. We are bound by law to refrain from supplying personal information about you to other parties.
Please be sure to carry a valid driver's license and passport with you at all times.
Accompanying Riders
Please provide us with advance notice regarding additional passengers on your bike. All passengers or guests requiring hotel accommodations must be listed on your registration form so that proper arrangements can be secured.
Clothing
Holyland Riders do not supply the wardrobe required for the tour. We recommend that you bring the following items:
• A motorcycle combination suit that offers protection against weather
and falls (tear- and abrasion-resistant, waterproof textile suits
with protectors, or leather suit with rain combination).
• A kidney protector and scarf.
• Protective gloves to combat poor weather and falls. (It can be quite
chilly at high altitudes during winter and in the desert.)
• Motorcycle boots with high leg and sturdy soles, along with waterproof
overshoes.
• Please make sure your helmet complies with current safety standards
(one with a good, snug fit).
• Waterproof suits are provided by Holyland Riders during the winter
months.
